Celebrating 75 Years of International Education

How it all began

Our story began in 1952 as a small, pioneering institution dedicated to multicultural education. Born out of a vision to unite children of diverse nationalities, the school relocated to Florence in 1963 to serve the growing international community in Tuscany.
This move sparked a profound relationship with the city, transforming its Renaissance heritage into our living laboratory. We achieved a major milestone in 1983 by becoming an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. Today, that original spirit continues to guide our campuses, celebrating decades of academic excellence and global citizenship.
