DP Visual Arts Students Visit the Venice Biennale Arte 2024

This week, our DP Visual Arts students had an inspiring trip to the Venice Biennale Arte 2024. Despite a long day, they were able to explore art from 86 national pavilions and engage with works from hundreds of artists. This year’s Exhibition made history as the first to be curated by a Latin American, Adriano Pedrosa.

In the next class, students will reflect on how the Biennale influenced their creative thinking and approach to art. The experience provided valuable insights into the global art world and its diverse expressions.
