Chinese New Year 2025!

Chinese New Year 2025!

We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Chinese New Year celebration at the Junior School on Monday, February 3rd. This cherished tradition is a highlight of our school calendar, and we look forward to sharing it with you. On this day, students are encouraged to wear a traditional Chinese costume, or a red/gold outfit (which signifies good luck).  This is not mandatory but it would be nice to have everyone participate.

Also on this day, students will enjoy their usual lunch. Following lunch, there will be a delightful offering of traditional Chinese food in the Aula Magna, giving the children an opportunity to explore the flavors of this vibrant holiday. The festivities will continue with a fantastic dragon dance in the cortile, which parents are warmly invited to join. The dragon dance is expected to start at approximately 14:30 - 14:45.

Please note that dismissal will take place directly from the cortile after the dragon dance. ECAs will proceed as usual, starting at 15:30.

The staff would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our wonderful Chinese community who have volunteered their time and efforts year after year to make this event such a special and meaningful occasion for our school. Your dedication and generosity are deeply appreciated! We look forward to celebrating together.
