CAS project for World Mental Health Day

CAS project for World Mental Health Day

On October 10th, CAS students organized to celebrate World Mental Health Day within the school community. Around the world, it is observed every year to raise awareness about mental health issues and to promote understanding, support, and action for people’s well-being around the world.

On that day, CAS students have prepared guidelines and tips in relieving stress and ways to seek out help. In addition, they have prepared "Just Dance" for the middle schoolers, while also promoting board games and bracelet workshops during lunch periods.

For students who wanted a break from school activities, they were more than welcomed to stay in the "Quiet Room" at the library where they were allowed to rest. It’s a day that reminds everyone that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that it’s okay to talk about feelings and ask for help when needed.
