Admissions Process

The application process usually begins in October and runs through February, in conjunction with the re-enrollment process. Applications received thereafter will be considered based on projected enrollment numbers.

Admissions Dates and Deadlines

Application Submission: Applications for the 2024-2025 academic year will be available starting Monday 16 October 2023

Application Deadline: The deadline for submitting an application for the 2024-2025 academic year is set for Wednesday 31 January 2024

Click on our Apply Now button to begin your application. You will be required to provide some basic information and submit supporting documents. 

Vaccination Records (Early Years 1 - Foundation)

Handwritten Student Autobiography

School transcripts/report cards from the current and last year (Grades 1 - 12. For Early Years - Foundation, school reports to be provided when available)
2 Recommendation Letters (Grades 6 - 12, to be sent directly to the Admissions Office)
Teacher Reference Forms (Early Years - Grade 5, to be sent directly to the Admissions Office)
Copy of Student Passport or Photo ID 
Copy of Parent/s Passport or Photo ID
Recent Passport Photo (of student applicant)
Copy of Student and Parent/s Codice Fiscale (if available)
English Placement Test (to be determined by the Admissions Office)
Application Fee

Applicant Evaluation

Once the full application has been received, the Admissions Committee will evaluate the applicant and the final decision will be communicated to the family. Answers are usually given to families between February and March.


Upon acceptance and in order to complete the application and guarantee a space for the applicant, you will be required to secure the Entrance Fee within 15 days after the receipt of the official acceptance letter.
