· What years did you attend ISF?
I attended ISF from 2008 to 2011.

· What university did you attend? And your Major?
I attended the University of Southampton to obtain my MSc in Maritime Engineering Science.

· What is your nationality?
I hold triple citizenship! But I associate mostly with my Dutch background.

· Where do you live now?
I’ve just completed my degree and am temporarily staying in Italy.

· What do you do for a living now?
I am looking to move to New Zealand and work with marine robotics!

· How did ISF impact your life?
It is impossible to quantify the full effect of an experience, but I would credit my academic success to this school. Not only the IB system, but also the friendships and enthusiastic teachers helped to create an environment where it was possible for me to both enjoy life and do well in school. I believe that I was able to carry this forward into my university time.

· Who was your favorite teacher? Why?
I don’t have a single favourite. I remember different teachers for different things, whether it be Mrs. Perry (now Russo-Scherr)  for her supportiveness,  Mr. Wood for his dedication and dry humour or Mr. Clausi for his jokes.

· Describe ISF in one word.
Community.

· What is your greatest accomplishment?
I would say achieving a distinction in my Master’s degree.
