Application Process

Local Applicants:

Are advised to complete the application procedure by the first week in January, for enrollment in the following scholastic year, commencing September. Official acceptance will be communicated in the early Spring.

 

International Applicants:

May submit applications as soon as they are aware of a potential move to Florence. A student and parent/guardian interview, in person or by Skype, with the Admissions Office is required.

Applying to the Junior School

Junior School (PS to grade 5) applications will only be considered by the Admissions Committee when all of the following documents have been received:

Applying to the Upper School

Middle School and High School (Grade 6-12) applications will only be considered by the Admissions Committee when all of the following documents have been received:

  • A completed Application Form (Click here for the link)
  • A non-refundable Application Fee of €300  (Click here for Tuition & Fees)
  • A copy of Student’s passport page or copy of birth certificate
  •  An official transcript/report card(s) of the Student’s school records reflecting the past two years of studies, including the current grade report card when available. An official English translation if necessary.
  • Two Reference Letters: a Mathematics or English teacher, and Head of School or Principal must send a letter of reference either electronically or by hard copy to the admissions office directly.
  • A completed handwritten Student autobiography (Click here for the autobiography page)
  • A copy of Student Vaccination Records
  • A passport style photo of Student
  • Check List Form (Click here for the Check List)
  • Photocopy of Codice Fiscale (Parents)
